How to get self-management of a domain registered with DomainRegister through a reseller

The "Registrant" of a domain has the right, at any time, to independently manage its own domain for DNS management, renewals and the request for authnfo / authcode codes.

To obtain the autonomous management of a domain registered with DomainRegister.it through a reseller, the Registrant must follow the following procedure:

  • Register on our DomainRegister.international portal
  • activate the account, doing a credit refill of any amount ("add funds")
This amount will be bot used for this operation, which is free of charge, but it's only a security measure. It will be available to the customer for any future operation (domain renewal, hosting services, SSL certificates...)
  • Send a WRITTEN and subscribed reques to info@domainregister.it asking for direct domain management and to assign it to the newly created user profile
  • The request must be in pdf format
  • A copy of the subscriber's ID card must also be attached to the application

NOTE:

If the registrant is a company, an entity or an association, the request must be signed by the its legal representative of the same, and it's needed to attach a recent (maximum 3 months) company document

The request must be as follows:

[...name and surname......] (as the legal representative of [...]) as a registrant of the following domains: [...]
request to get direct and autonomous management of these domains within the control panel of DomainRegister.it

For this purpose I have created the user [...], to which the above-mentioned domains must be transferred

Place and date signature

The transaction is free and is normally completed within next business day

Once you have the autonomous management of a domain, you will be able to provide all the available features, such as:

  • Renewal of the same or recovery from the state of redemption
  • DNS management
  • Management of the registration data of the same
  • Activating new services (hosting, whois privacy etc)
