If you need support:

  • look for a solution in our knowledge base
    You'll find hundreds of troubleshooting, how-to tips, sample code for our services and general domains and web hosting issues

If you don't find the required answer, you can get in touch with our experts rising a support ticket.

Log in to domainregister.international and then select "Support"  → "open Ticket"

You can select four different departments:

  • Sales
    For commercial and administrative support

  • Helpdesk
    Technical support for hosting services

  • Domains Consultancy (coming soon!)
    Domain registration, transferring, redemption...

  • Premium HelpDesk (coming soon!)
    Extra-support, billed, for special tasks and services

If you're not yet registered on DomainRegister.international, or if you have issues in logging in (i.e., you have lost your password and can't recover it), you can get support also writing an email to info@domainregister.it
